    Frank A. Bernatowicz, Managing Principal (for PDF click here)


    Managing Principal Frank A. Bernatowicz has over 25 years of leadership experience on over 400
    engagements at firms such as Ernst & Young, Jay Alix & Associates, PriceWaterhouseCoopers,
    BDO Siedman and Huron Consulting.

    Prior to forming FAB Group, Inc., Frank was the Founder and Managing Principal of his own firm,
    FAB Advisory Services, LLC (acquired by Huron Consulting), where he provided litigation consulting
    and expert witness testimony, financial advisory services for companies and creditors in connection
    with reorganization and/or bankruptcy proceedings, turnaround consulting and interim management
    services, as well as general financial advisory work for troubled companies.

    During his career, Frank was influential in advancing litigation consulting in the Chicago market by
    forming Ernst & Whinney's first stand-alone litigation consulting practice in 1985 and subsequently held
    senior regional and national leadership positions at the successor firm, Ernst & Young, for over 12 years.
    In addition, Frank was the founder of the Chicago office of Jay Alix & Associates, an internationally
    recognized turnaround consulting firm. He has also held senior leadership positions at
    PriceWaterhouseCoopers and BDO Seidman prior to forming his own firm.

    Mr. Falconer blends a business sense with both legal and technical skills allowing him to competently
    address situations requiring operational and strategic considerations. Adam began his career with
    Ernst & Young working with clients in the telecommunication and energy industries. Adam then worked
    in intellectual property licensing, where he managed diverse portfolios of intellectual property ranging
    from software and electronics to biotechnology and medical devices. During that time, Adam gained
    valuable negotiation, transactional, due diligence, and opportunity recognition skills.

    Prior to joining FAB Group, Chris served over ten years as an analyst in several financial and operational arenas before offering his expertise on a consulting basis and now brings his analytical acumen to FAB Group. Chris has contributed in an analytical, research and data management capacity on a significant number of litigation consulting matters. Chris' experience includes damage analyses, market research, royalty comparative modeling and contributig to writing reports as well as managing data.

    Mr. Brake has contributed to successful management of data and dissemination of discovery documentation. Wyatt's multidisciplinary background allows for creative strategic solutions to complex analytical and organizational issues. Wyatt uses his educational background in communications along with his personnel management experience to successfully ensure projects are completed on a timely basis.
